PL. 01 — THE JOB / LE TRAVAIL À FAIRE

MAINTENANCE & WORK ORDERS

Every completed job becomes a line in the logbook.

Tickets, dispatch, preventive maintenance and suppliers — in the system that also keeps the register.

A resident reports, the manager triages, the supplier closes the work order from a link — no account to create. The logbook entry writes itself.

Tickets and triage

BILLETS ET TRIAGE

Preventive work is planned once, then it happens

Each component has its frequency. When due, the ticket creates itself, goes to the usual supplier, and its closure feeds the logbook.

  • One frequency per componentMonthly, twice a year, yearly — set once.
  • The ticket creates itselfOn the scheduled date, with the usual supplier already assigned.
  • The proof staysEvery execution is dated and documented in the logbook.
