  • Balance ageingCurrent, 31–60, 61–90, 90 days and over — per unit, up to date.
  • Secured amountComputed for every eligible unit, ready for the board or the notary.
  • Statement to sendThe unit’s statement goes with the reminder, in the co-owner’s language.

PL. 04 — WHAT IT REPLACES / CE QUE ÇA REMPLACE

The spreadsheet, the binder, and the gap between them

The logbook documents the building; the accounting funds what it announces. When both live in one place, the reserve fund and the work list look at each other.

01

The charges spreadsheet

Replaced by charges computed by share, unit by unit.

02

Manual late-payment tracking

Replaced by balance ageing and the legal-hypothec flag.

03

Hand-made statements

Replaced by a per-unit statement, in French or English.

04

Three funds in one bank account

Replaced by three funds adopted, funded and tracked separately.
